Dave is an honest, knowledgeable, no-pressure, hard working realtor and I highly recommend him.
We met Dave at an open house while looking at a possible move to the area from Bend, Oregon. A few months later we sold our home in Oregon with a very short time frame to move out and get a new house across the country. I texted Dave with eight houses I was interested in looking at in the Wausau area and that night we took a red-eye flight into Wausau. Dave had all of the houses lined up to be viewed the next day. He acted quickly, professionally and even came home early from his hunting trip so we could go through and sign an offer on a new house. On the flight back home, we electronically signed the final paperwork in the Denver airport. A few weeks later, he met us at our new house with the keys.

Dave would always take me through a home and ask if i wanted to see the "pretty stuff" or the "expensive stuff" first. I always chose expensive and we went straight to electricity, water heater, etc. Once that looked good then i would look at the pretty stuff. Dave definitely knew his stuff and helped me think of long and short term costs, neighborhoods and what made sense in my price range as far as needs vs diminishing returns.
Dave did not make me sign anything to be my exlcusive realtor which i experienced with other realtors trying to push right away. Dave made it a point to earn my business. My requirements to move and close on a new house was a very short window and we hit it just in time.
Daves recommended contacts for services like inspections were all fair priced and good at what they did.
I didnt know Dave before this experience (got matched with him on zillow after a few others that didnt seem like a right fit), but will definitely be who i recommend. He wore the hat of my project manager and probably anxiety therapist as much as realtor.
